WHEN IN DOUBT... WEAR BLACK

You can never go wrong. An all black ensemble is pure perfection and it has always been a favourite of mine even though I don't do this often enough. Its been a while since I donned an all black outfit. Should post one soon.

SPRING FORWARD

                           

I think I am beginning to suffer from Spring and Summer fever because I cannot think of anything else besides lounging poolside sipping on some cold lemon iced tea and enjoying eternal sunshine. Ok,now I sound like I am in one of those Katy Perry music videos but I cannot keep my excitement for warmth to myself. I am honestly tired of piling up layers and I cannot wait to walk around the streets in my maxi skirt and sandals feeling like a page out of the Sartorialist. I have been creating outfits on Polyvore lately to sort of console my self when ever I come to terms with reality as it is right now. OUI,OUI MADAME

Sorry for the lack of posts!

I am currently drowning in school work as usual because of all the courseworks and mathematical problems I have to keep up with*sigh*

This was an outfit I wore on sunday when I went to Birmingham with my friend.The dress is actually my mum's dress that I stole( Yupp its her's :) ).Its a bit oversize and I have been wanting to fit it to my size and make it shorter like your typical LBD but due to lack of time I have been unable to do so.I decided to wear it in a grandma-ish way by pairing it with my brogues,a turban and a blazer.

Thoughts?

I was unable to take the photos outside because it was so freaking windy and my friend kept complaining about the cold*rolling eyes*

OMG!Have you guys seen the photos from the Chanel SS12 Couture Collection show that held in Paris  today?

It was one thing - amazing!

The clothes,the setting,the models,the hair...perfection!

I mean the whole idea of the Air Chanel Jumbo jet thing was just parfait!

His collection debuts tomorrow! You have no idea how much I envy you if you would be having a feel of Karl's collection*sobs*

SPRING 2012 AD CAMPAIGNS

Its that time of the year again when the famous fashion houses decide to wow fashion enthusiasts all over the world.Everyday I check Fashionologie and NY Mag for updates on the Spring Ad Campaigns.

I am really impressed by all the designers especially Chanel!The idea for the shoot is amazing but one should always expect something unique from Karl Lagerfeld.
